I mean that if you know the legislation rather well you can find a lot of preferences for different groups of people, for special spheres of business and so on. It happens because the government uses its economic policy (including taxes, interest rates and others) to help those who need that help. Like military people… As I know many people do not use their rights because they don’t know about them… You know… Your idea is not so funny as it looks from the first sight.
